Golf Tournament
2025-26
This season's tournament, held on September 26th and 27th, 2025, marks the sixth annual Golf Tournament hosted by the Cure Cancer Classic at Loyalist Golf & Country Club in Kingston, Ontario.
With over 220 golfers, including students, faculty, and alumni, the tournament had a record breaking donation total of over $81,000 in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.
History
It's like hockey, but during a pandemic.
On October 1st, 2020, Cure Cancer Classic hosted a groundbreaking event: the inaugural CCC Golf Tournament. The tournament was introduced as an adaptable event during the COVID-19 pandemic and was a wild success, raising over $32,000 towards brain cancer research for the Canadian Cancer Society and SickKids Hospital.
What began as a one-day event evolved into a multi-day experience, now including a dedicated day for alumni and faculty. It has become a staple in our portfolio of events; in the last six years, we have raised over $333,000.
